What do you need to start?

• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
• Previous experience in the Operational Procurement team
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and tasks in order to accomplish goals
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in the team and stakeholders

What duties will help you grow?

• Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
• Processes routine Purchase Requisitions (reviews PRs for compliance, releases completed Purchase Orders for approval)
• Transmits POs to suppliers and manages negative order confirmation
• Maintains strong working relationships with vendors
• Maintains contracts in the contract management tool as per the agreed SLA
