About the assignment
As a Talent Acquisition Support, you will be responsible for all administrative activities related to the recruitment process and play an important role for the candidate experience.
What you can learn:
- how the recruitment process looks like and what related topics are,
- how to handle customer cases of recruitment related topics,
- how to handle and organize various tasks to be a valuable support and part of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the overall recruitment process in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Candidate management (entering external resumes to the recruitment system, coordination of interviews, providing feedback, Talent Pool support).
- Cooperating with contingent worker agencies (responsibility for preparation, revision and dispatch of time reports, processing of invoicing, satisfaction surveys).
- Handling incoming intern applications.
- Preparing project reports and overviews for Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement on work processes or systems.
About you:
- Fluent English and German.
- Previous experience in administration (preferable in HR/recruitment).
- Secondary school or university graduate.
- Willingness to gain experience in the recruitment area.
- High communication skills and willingness to learn new tasks in a changing environment.
- Being flexible and stress-resistant with the ability to multitask and structure the workload.
- A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude.
