Our Information Technology Generalist - Practice Support team focuses on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing internal applications, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for PwC to drive strategic business growth.

Finance Operations Process Support

Location: Warszawa/Kraków/remote



A part of the team responsible for providing operational support and superuser expertise to the internal PwC end-users of newly implemented financial/engagement management/risk systems across the PwC network in the EMEA region. 

As a member of the team, you will be expected to:

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new solutions to the PwC end users 

  • Work closely with internal clients to fill the knowledge gap related to the new applications

  • Provide day-to-day end-user  support 

  • Create and deliver appropriate documentation, and communication to the end-users on how to use  the system.


Candidate Profile

  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing

  • Previous experience in working in the financial area would be an advantage

  • Previous end user experience of SAP FI, CO, or any other ERP system would be appreciated

  • Customer focused - understanding the needs of the customer regardless of the geographical and cultural setup

  • Strong analytical mindset 

  • Appetite for gaining knowledge related to the new technologies and internal processes

  • Keen to develop and learn new skills

  • Great team working skills and a passion for delivering results

  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to judge and manage priorities effectively and work to tight timelines

  • University degree in Finance and Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
