Join us a Transfer Agency Shareholder Services Supervisor!

 

The Transfer Agency Shareholder Services Supervisor will be responsible for directing team with the objective to achieve overall high client satisfaction. Specifics responsibilities include: be the escalation contact for client / investor or inter-departmental queries and assist the Team Leader / Manager to ensure the team operates efficiently and that deadlines are met. Achieving this will require strong people management, initiative, and attention to detail as well as the ability to delegate and to gain the commitment among team members.

 

Some of the Responsibilities include:

 

  • Assist/Cover the Manager and or Team Leader in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department.
  • Review of related tasks including but no restricted to client reporting.
  • Effectively oversee special processing situations including exceptions that require escalation.
  • Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions and personal effort) and educate clients continually through presentations.
  • Responsible for instituting and reporting on measures to determine the team’s performance in meeting these standards.
  • Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 years supervisory experience or acting as people manager.
  • Minimum of 3 years Financial/Client Service/or other Operational experience.
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good knowledge of standard Office applications. (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Knowledge or prior experience of Multifonds TA is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to identify, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes.
