Team Description

We are building the team in Wroclaw, so we have number of open roles. You will be a member of a US Team but working day shift hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the end-to-end deliverables and overall service quality
  • Manages and plans for daily, weekly and monthly deliverables
  • Allocates and distributes work between assigned employees
  • Acts as the point of contact for the US Client Service Managers and is a point of escalation for issues and complex situations.
  • Acts as production support to provide deal coverage when necessary.
  • Works with the US Client Service Mangers to ensure the billing and receivables functions are completed in timely manner
  • Oversees the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures all information has been recorded
  • accurately.
  • Works in close collaboration with internal and external teams, building relationships
  • Actively contribute to process improvement thorough sharing of ideas and solutions to improve team efficiency and client experience
  • Serves as the technical expert for processes and associated systems
  • Develops and manages training plans for each assigned financial representative
  • Monitors progress of staff training and ensures that courses are being attended and completed
  • Assists Team Leader in building the development plan for each assigned financial representative
  • Supports Team Leader in the management of staff by contributing to Mid-Year and Year End Reviews and participating in the reviews.
  • Provides regular feedback to the Team Leader on performance of each assigned team member.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, department guidelines, and external regulation. 
  • Conducts quality review checks and ensures that breaches are escalated.
  • Oversees the planning and execution of strategic product and service delivery enhancements and client implementation and plan redesign work.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in Financial Services would be a strong asset
  • Senior specialist level experience
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills
  • Experience in written client communication
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy
