Who we're looking for

We are looking for passionate and results-driven process experts ready to join us and support senior colleagues in leveraging their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to make a real impact on our clients’ business. Helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  • top class university (3rd year of Bachelor's degree or during Master’s degree) or graduate of business (economics, management, finance) or data analytics studies (however we are also open to other majors if you believe that you have a right skillset and attitude),
  • ability to evaluate data and processes, drive meaningful conclusions that result in future improvements in the process
  • 3 years of professional or consulting experience
  • proven experience with process mining, process mapping, process transformation, process sustainability
  • working knowledge/understanding of databases, ETL and SQL skills required to deliver process mining projects
  • working knowledge of one or more tools used in the process mining and process transformation space, e.g.:  Signavio, MPM, UiPath Process Mining, Celonis,, ARIS, etc
  • Experience taking in broader initiative goals and proactively presenting ideas to help build the map for program success, and demonstrated track record as a proactive self starter
  • experience communicating collaboratively, influentially and effectively, inspiring trust, and motivating team members at all levels
  • solid experience developing and delivering concise presentations, telling the story and showing the value
  • functional knowledge or passion in new digital technologies,
  • proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken communication),
  • ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel,
  • proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (more advanced analytical tools will be highly appreciated).

 

Moreover, the following will be an advantage:

  • Data Science or Industrial Engineering degree
  • Hands on experience with next gen technologies including RPA
  • Hands on experience with data visualization tools
  • Broad knowledge of ERP systems
  • Desktop activity mining experience
  • Professional experience with project management and program analysis

Together with the team, you will orchestrate innovative, high return process transformation. Combining unparalleled sector experience with a proven set of modern methodologies, next-gen technology solutions and assets you will create an integrated solutions to help clients identify opportunities and realize significant process improvements.

We perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address client’s biggest challenges related to their business processes.

Typical responsibilities of a consultant on one of these projects could include:

  • Facilitate client interviews and client meetings to understand the business processes, request data and collect key performance metrics
  • Identify process inefficiencies and quantify the impact
  • Develop process flows depicting pain points in the business process
  • Define ideal processes and quantify impact of process changes (e.g., automation, outsourcing)
  • Conduct detailed analyses to draw conclusions, and develop pertinent and insightful recommendations
  • Conduct Process Mining and Process Modeling using data-driven, automated, visual tools
  • Present findings to client leadership
  • Design deliverable content to reflect analyses conducted and recommendations
  • Implement process transformation with opportunities identified and prioritized
  • Provide project management support across the end-to-end lifecycle of an engagement
  • Anticipate risks associated with timely and high-quality delivery of project and escalate the same to project management and leadership
  • Mentor junior staff
