For our client global manufacturing group we are looking for Senior Learning & Development Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- review and look for the best practice training and development opportunities across the organization. Ensure effective delivery of the expected results and that any development activities undertaken have a clear value rationale,
- manage development programs in order to make it a respected and high quality approach to development,
- improve and coordinate initiatives which successfully help to build leaders’ coaching skills to increase people engagement,
- identify and deliver efficient follow up development opportunities
- coordinate creation and execution of development plans,
- develop an eLearning approach and materials that support wider business requirements, ensure proper understanding and adoption of eLearning tools in organization,
- prepare and deliver internal workshops, presentations, webinars etc. in person and through the third parties, ensure that materials supporting training programs are available and of high quality,
- support of performance management cycle releases along with the other stakeholders of the process.
Requirements:
- university degree in Human Resources Management or similar,
- minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development area,
- experience in using eLearning platforms,
- practical skills in facilitating meetings and conducting workshops,
- ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels of organization,
- influencing skills,
- coach or trainer certification,
- working knowledge of Office365.
