What do you need to start?

• High level of customer service skills
• High level of analytics skills
• Well organized - high task and time management skills, keen to keep the tight deadlines, flexible to work OT when requested
• At least 2 years of experience in people management area
• At least 3 years of experience in Collections/Credit management
• English level C1

What duties will help you grow?

• Ensure that the daily activities, within his/her responsibilities, are fulfilled according to the timetable agreed in SLAs
• Manage the Collection Team successfully to help the team members be motivated and fulfill the Client's requirements
• Control the process and process documentation
• Continually consider improvement opportunities, strive to simplify and standardize processes
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
• Help the Team improve efficiency by taking over responsibility on training and introduction of the new joiner into the team
