HRIS Business Intelligence - Project Manager

Location: Warszawa/Remote

 

Role:

  • Communicate with business in order to gather requirements related to reporting needs.

  • Participate in the design of new enhancements that will improve reporting efficiency across the organization.

  • Contribute to projects including design, development, testing, and implementation.

  • Provide oversight for project ensuring timeline and targeted communication, design and delivery

  • Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and reporting changes.
     

Profile:

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately.

  • Document troubleshooting or resolution steps.

  • Engage and coordinate with the vendor, when required.

  • Performs special assignments as requested.

  • Ensuring that the impact of projects is managed effectively to ensure the delivery of desired business outcomes.

  • Track actual impacts/adoption of changes.

  • Support product teams in the design, delivery and acceptance of training programs and materials.

  • Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required.

  • Negotiate, plan and manage release activities.

  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process.
