What will you do:
Timely cash collection.
Investigate and review credit risks which involve customers and suppliers.
Evaluate credit history.
Handle day-to-day cash collection activities and refer the most crucial matters to the superior.
Prepare and initiate follow up letters of collection.
Regularly report the status of credit and collection activities.
Manage escalations and lead negotiations with critical customers.
Qualifications
What we expect from You:
Full-time availability (8 hours daily).
Fluent English and Italian language (min. B2 level in both is required).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Analytical skills.
Ability to work in problem-solving environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Experience in customer service, collections / accounts receivable processes will be an asset.
