Responsibilities

  • Defines, designs and implements process improvement and business optimization initiatives in support of the business and digital strategy.
  • Assigned to moderately complex projects with cross-functional teams, with limited guidance contributes to and leads end to end process re-engineering and future state design across lines of business.
  • Conducts analysis to identify opportunities and determine process recommendations to achieve business outcomes with a digital perspective, taking into consideration systems, data, risk and controls.
  • Contributes to business case development for potential digital and re-engineering initiatives, defines business value and measures of success to convey impact of changes. Effectively presents data and information to help inform business decisions.
  • Documents business processes to analyse and prioritize business requirements using business re-engineering expertise.
  • Develops metrics to inform process measurement and root cause assessment based on assessment of best practice techniques for projects.
  • Employs a client-focused approach to drive adoption and utilization of business process
    re-engineering and solutions.
  • Facilitates and coaches project team to ensure optimal program adoption.
  • Contributes to the function’s intellectual capital around business process improvement and consulting approach.
  • Leads a project team to accomplish results, employing project management and change management strategies.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of firm capabilities, industry best practices and innovations, and business process improvement techniques. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required,
    with 7+ years of total work experience
  • Experience in financial products and/ or Banking / Financial industries preferred
  • Innovative, with a fair knowledge of analytical tools, applications and techniques
  • Preferred certified Lean SS Green Belt / Black Belt or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IGrafix / Process mapping Tools
  • Preferred experience in Data Analytics tools – Tableau/Power BI/Equivalents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stakeholder management and excellent communication / presentation skills
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills
