The PwC Technology and Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is searching for talented security and technology professionals to build out a new centre of excellence in the Netherlands.
Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralised services. Global Technology is responsible for driving the adoption and operation of global IT services across the organisation.

What does your work look like?
Workday Talent & Performance Manager
As Workday Talent & Performance Manager your skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Expertise in talent and performance, most notably feedback, technology functionality, configuration and business processes (example: Workday, internally configured systems, additional feedback technologies)
-
Experience in product implementation and management experience with custom off the shelf (COTS) and SaaS applications
-
Demonstrating enthusiasm and a passion for feedback and performance related technologies
-
Possessing experience setting and driving product roadmaps
-
Being aware of project management methodologies, tools and techniques
-
Reinforcing governance structures, including guiding principles alignment, impact considerations, driving to collaborative and consistent recommendations and decisions
-
Having a collaborative working style within and across teams at all levels, both internally and with vendors
Who are you?
-
At least 5 years of experience in Workday; preferably Talent & Performance modules
-
Relevant Bachelor or Master degree
-
Driving continuous service improvements for the customer and end user experiences
-
Displaying customer focus background with commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability
-
Providing high levels of customer service to IT users in a large organisation;
-
Possessing experience with stakeholder and vendor management and escalation liaison
-
Collaborating with Operations Managers to craft communications for service outages and interruptions & technology changes to the business

Crafting communications for enhancements
