Budget Governance & Payments Analyst

The Cloud Migration Program Budget Governance & Payments Analyst role is a position supporting New GSK’s Cloud Migration Program by managing program budget. The ideal candidate should possess a background in finance and technology and carry business intelligence tool skills. This role supports the Cloud Migration Program Finance Governance Manager, interacts with Tech teams and respective financial managers.

In this role you will...

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget and forecast preparation, management and reporting

• Month end participation – accruals calculation, actuals reporting, variances analysis

• Review of incremental budget requests

• Handling cross-charges to business facing GSK Tech organization

• Managing supplier investment credits and reconciling against spend

• Managing the program spend model

Why you?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Finance

• Expertise in ERP finance systems (SAP)

• Demonstrable experience (min. 3 years) managing and executing finance plans and budgets and providing analysis

• Interest in Computer Science

• Strong written and oral communication skills (English proficiency)

• Strong organization skills

• Demonstrable ability to work with reporting tools such as PowerBI to create meaningful visualizations to illustrate spend

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and Data analytics tools
