Responsibilities:
- processing requests for services,
- generating, tracking and communicating quotes and pricing sheets for new and existing customers,
- ensuring continual improvement of the quoting process,
- cooperating closely with Sales and other internal departments,
- creating training and work instructions.
Requirements:
- very good command of English and French language (B2),
- previous experience in Order Management, Procurement, Sales or Customer Service will be an asset,
- very good analytical and communication skills,
- ability to work in a team,
- proactive and customer-oriented attitude.
