- 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development areas;
- Experience in training facilitation;
- Expertise in designing training is appreciated;
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, including the ability to work under time pressure and prioritization;
- Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work;
- Personal commitment to improving your knowledge and skills and a passion for continuous learning and development;
- Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
Your future role
The role is designed to support the Deloitte Central Europe Business Services Center HR Team in various short and long-term projects. Cooperate with different business units (finance, IT, HR, business, etc.) in support of Talent Strategy.
- Facilitation of soft skills training;
- Broadening the internal training portfolio;
- Help Managers and Team Leaders support and develop their leadership skills;
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews, and consultations with Team Leaders (based on individual strengths);
- Supporting the whole organization in building an open coaching and feedback culture;
- Supporting annual evaluation process;
- Supporting mental health programs;
- Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations;
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
