About the role
HR Intern in Talent Team Risk Advisory at Deloitte plays a key role because with this person many things and topics necessary for the functioning of our department begin.
If you want to know how the internal talent team works, learn about HR processes, be involved in many interesting projects and events, and additionally you are available, fluent both in excel and power point, and you can describe and convivence us what the talent really is - we invite you to our team- let’s talk!
Your future responsibilities:
- Being a support-ninja for our team - sometimes invisible but with a huge impact on our business life;
- Being the first point of contact for the entire Talent Team in Risk Advisory – supporting all HR functions in our team, i.e. recruitment, onboarding, HR Business Partners, as well as those related to the employee's life cycle in the Organization;
- Being the first point of contact for our new joiners and internal employees;
- As our Team member you will operate at the interface between our team and many internal departments throughout the whole Deloitte Poland Team.
If addition you will focus on:
- Calendar management, organization of internal meetings, confirmation of the participation of internal events;
- Processing documentation and supervising the implementation of processes in accordance with procedures and deadlines;
- Preparing of presentations, reports and other design documents and data collection;
- Joining various internal tasks and projects with the needs of the team;
- Supporting all HR processes in the entire team - thanks to which you will get to know all of us better :)
