We are currently looking for a  Business Specialist / Consultant to join the

Operations Transformation

 If you are / have:

·       Experienced in design and implementation projects as business analyst or product owner

·       Know some of the following concepts:

o   Digital transformation

o   Business process management

o   Business process optimization/ lean

o   Business process modeling

o   Requirements gathering and business workshops facilitation

·       Willing to shape business, scope based on gathered requirements and market practices

·       Willing to search for technology solutions fit for business needs

·       MS Office knowledge

·       Open to new challenges, searching for best answers, communicating to clients and co-workers

·       Polish, English ‑ advanced level, both written and spoken

·       Good communication skills

·       Experience in one of the following industries will be a plus: Automotive Financing, Banking, Insurance, Telecom and Media, Energy & Resources.

Moreover, knowledge of any of the following will be an advantage:

·       Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN)

·       Unified Modelling Language (UML)

·       Enterprise Architect

·       ARIS

·       Business Analysis Body of Knowledge & Entry Certificate in Business Analysis
