Job Description

IG’s End User Computing teams are responsible for the smooth operations of IGs internal user base. As the Manager you will be working to help connect employees wherever they are across IG to adopt key workplace tools and ensure a seamless employee experience.

As the EUC Manager, you will primarily coordinate EUC team leaders, combined of 1st and 2nd level support teams and the Identity and Access management function. You will be responsible for strategy, maintaining budget, contact with vendors, motivating EUC team members and work with senior management team to improve the operational and delivery capabilities of all IG Group entities

The EUC Manager will work with Service Management, Security and Audit teams to meet regulatory requirements. Which will directly influence IAM strategy and objectives.  

Core functions include:

  • Managing, mentoring, and developing the EUP leadership team
  • Develop goals and strategies for EUP to ensure that offered services are run smoothly and effectively
  • Working closely with IAM team leader to drive the function in cooperation with Risk and Control teams
  • Collaborating with internal/external auditors and with regulators
  • Be an advocate of CISO policies and run the team accordingly to the internal regulations
  • Maintain processes, procedures and policies
  • Collaborate with Business Continuity Management to achieve high resiliency
  • Working closely with global business stakeholders to improve operational capabilities
  • Cooperate with local office heads to address infrastructure and operational challenges
  • Overseeing local IT infrastructure of IG offices
  • Building reports based on requirements from the business
  • Maintain, monitor and develop new - KPIs, SLAs
  • Working with Service Management functions to ensure quality of provided IT services
  • Lead EUP projects, including deploying new software, hardware refresh, etc.  
  • Maintaining and building relationship with vendors, i.e., hardware and software providers
  • Partnership with engineering teams and architects with attention to IG employees
  • Local leadership team in Krakow
  • Define strategy for software and hardware asset management and work with the configuration management team to implement the strategy.
  • Develop and monitor analytics to allow you to regularly assess the service being provided to the organisation
  • Actively seek feedback from stakeholders on their challenges to improve upon processes.
  • Identify and address automation opportunities to improve client experience.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues that may occur outside of core hour

  • Working in highly regulated Finance sector organization

  • Driving teams which are maintaining MDM agents, such as SCCM or Jamf
  • Advanced ITIL Skills, (v3 Expert / v4 Managing professional)
  • Understand the OSI layers
