Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify the provided information and enter the data in the system
  • Control the approbation process (right approvers, right workflow)
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner on requisitions approved and to be approved
  • Align with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates to plan for interviews
  • Schedule interviews by sending invitations and arranging for relevant resources (conference call link or room)
  • Enter external resumes (obtained through pro-active sourcing) in the system
  • Post ads within applicable system (as soon as receiving the add from recruiters) and follow up publications
  • Manage the supplied Talent Acquisition and candidate data in the system
  • Utilise recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates
  • Prepare and send-out internal communication on available vacancies
  • Support the administration of referral programs and satisfaction surveys

Requirements:

  • Minimal 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in HR
  • Strong customer services orientation
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Flexible and stress resistant: The ability to multitask and structure the workload
  • Accurate, self-standing and with strong attention to detail 
  • Experience with HR and/or Recruitment supporting technology and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new ways of working
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organization (including external parties where necessary)
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in French and English language, both written and verbally is required
