Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify the provided information and enter the data in the system
- Control the approbation process (right approvers, right workflow)
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner on requisitions approved and to be approved
- Align with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates to plan for interviews
- Schedule interviews by sending invitations and arranging for relevant resources (conference call link or room)
- Enter external resumes (obtained through pro-active sourcing) in the system
- Post ads within applicable system (as soon as receiving the add from recruiters) and follow up publications
- Manage the supplied Talent Acquisition and candidate data in the system
- Utilise recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates
- Prepare and send-out internal communication on available vacancies
- Support the administration of referral programs and satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
- Minimal 2 years of relevant working experience
- Bachelors/Master’s degree preferably in HR
- Strong customer services orientation
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
- Flexible and stress resistant: The ability to multitask and structure the workload
- Accurate, self-standing and with strong attention to detail
- Experience with HR and/or Recruitment supporting technology and the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new ways of working
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills and confidence to effectively work with all levels of the organization (including external parties where necessary)
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
- Fluent in French and English language, both written and verbally is required
