EMEA Cluster Talent Acquisition Manager
Opis stanowiska:
- develop strong relationships with stakeholders to influence strategy and results,
- lead TA strategy for Business Units and Functions within assigned region,
- drive recruitment delivery solutions to meet business hiring needs and growth,
- manage cost and quality efficiencies, while driving best practice adoption across stakeholders,
- manage RPO provider focused on regional recruitment delivery and results,
- consult and manage external executive search for roles in assigned segments and regions,
- support and implement projects or programs – as assessment and selection,
- implement initiatives to accelerate candidate pipeline growth.
Wymagania:
- min. 5 years in HR or recruitment, preferably in a talent acquisition organization,
- experience with the use and process optimization of Application Tracking Systems,
- ability to manage recruitment delivery, including supplier RPO and external search companies,
- ability to interact with all levels of management in the organization,
- effective Leadership skills - proven ability to influence others and lead organizational change,
- ability to use data to drive improvements,
- fluent English language – min. C1,
- excellent consulting and relationship building and influencing skills.
