Who we are looking for
Depositary provides comprehensive services to help funds meet the requirements of countries regulations as well as AIFMD and UCITS directives, including:
Team of about 200 employees servicing Depositary Services for EMEA countries.
Harmonization of processes across all Depositary teams within a structure of 350 people in Poland, together with other Depositary Managers across EMEA.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

Ensures proper reporting as per business requirement.
Provides regular feedback and update to respective parties with regard to Depositary operations
Ensures timely and comprehensive service review, operational, client, risk, audit and regulatory meetings as required
Establishes and maintain good relationship with stakeholders in counties we deliver services to.
Change Management:
Builds a culture of continuous improvement within the unit.
Ensures all projects are properly managed.
Ensure participation in the completion and implementation of department wide, EMEA or global projects
Manages and supports the transition of work to Poland office
Ensure efficiencies identified are delivered

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Good understanding of the Depositary role and regulatory requirements in the respective countries and European environment
Professional Certificate in International Investment fund Services or an equivalent would be an advantage
7+ years of experience in managerial positions
Fluency in English
Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business related area
German, Italian, French would be an asset
Typically candidate for the VP role will have 6-8 years of experience with at least 4 years specific relevant experience managing a large team in a senior managerial capacity within the investment banking, fund industry, alternative industry an advantage
