• Supports one or more State Street Business Units / Legal Teams with respect to drafting ‘in-scope’ legal documents / agreements in accordance with relevant training and playbook parameters;
• Once proficiency demonstrated in a particular subject matter area, represents State Street in contract negotiations with relevant counterparties;
• Liaises with and escalates issues/exceptions to State Street Business Units / Legal Teams, as required;
• Supports Legal-related corporate initiatives and projects.

Minimum Job Specifications: 

• Local attorney (JD or equivalent);
• excellent English language skills;
• strong analytical, writing and interpersonal skills;
• significant contracting and/or financial services experience a plus.
