For our Client, an international Shared Service Center of a company from innovation and technology business, we are looking for candidates interested in taking the position of HR Delivery Manager. Headquarters is located in Kraków.
SSC HR Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
- take part in creation, implementation, and development of the new SSC HR strategy,
- manage overall business performance for all supported locations, clients according to KPIs, SOPs and other quality indicators,
- ensure that the organization meets all compliance country legal regulations (SOX, 4-eye-check, data protection etc.),
- manage SSC financial needs including budgeting, forecasting, cost management,
- define and drive people management strategy (workforce, trainings, engagement, mentoring, career paths, retention),
- manage the SSC employees with cultural sensitivity with accordance to internal policies and legal requirements,
- analyze operational performance, address any issues across the departments, drive continuous improvements, implement Lean techniques,
- directly manage work of 3 different Team Leaders,
- build strong relationship with key SSC stakeholders.
Requirements:
- experience in a similar position in SSC or BPO environment,
- leadership experience – managing work of around 25-100 FTE,
- project management skills and experience – Lean, Six Sigma certificate would be a great plus,
- problem solving attitude, analytical approach, great business skills,
- great team and project management skills,
- good knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint tools,
- ability to build relations across various teams / countries / cultures,
- fluent in English – C1 level.
