Due to constant growing and development, IG Group is looking for the EB Manager who will have a chance to have a Real impact on EB narrative and will drive creative concepts on global and local scale.

What you will do:

• Drive Employer Branding strategy of IG Group and develop EB narrative to build better brand awareness among Technology and other areas
• Contribute to strategic decisions shaping our EVP and ensuring we are constantly focused on providing work environment that is attractive to our key talent groups and where our people can thrive
• Develop talent attraction plans and content strategy that support delivery of our hiring ambitions
• Lead talent attraction campaigns in cooperation with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and global Marketing team
• Liaise with EB and recruitment marketing vendors

What you will bring:

• Previous experience in EB and Talent Marketing in a fast paced, international business environment
• Experience in successful deployment of EB strategy and EVP campaigns
• EB and marketing passion with solid understanding of trends
• Strong project management skills - ability to lead project end to end
• Creative mind and proactive attitude with ability to engage and influence
