Business Systems Administrator for the EMEA region (m/f/o
  • Location: Warszawa

We are searching for a Business Systems Administrator for the EMEA region position in our Warsaw office, Poland at the earliest possible date.

Job Description

As a key member of the regional Business Systems Centre, the Business Systems Administrator for the EMEA region will be responsible for administering the sales business systems in EMEA in close liaison with Global Administrators and EMEA management. The Salesforce Admin for the EMEA region will report to the Global Business Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand all aspects of regional and global sales-related business systems which include Salesforce, Pardot, Oracle CPQ, and TIBCO/Information Builders business intelligence configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications,
  • Support of system upgrades, new releases – work with global admins, testing prior to new release, communication with global admins, users,
  • Handle bug fixes & enhancement requests – log tickets, summarize requirements, cooperate with Global Administrators
  • Provide the first line support for users - grant access to users (in cooperation with Global Administrators of SF and CPQ), update accounts, close accounts; Provide user training, guidance, resolve issues, communicate news and updates to users,
  • Provide reporting to Sales and EMEA Management – provide reports (regular/upon request), maintain dashboards,
  • Continually analyze, evaluate, and improve the existing and future business system procedures, practices and processes,
  • Undertake special projects as directed by the Business Systems Manager EMEA,
  • Possible on-site visits to subsidiary locations within the EMEA region.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Experience in the administration of CRM / other business systems (2+ years of Salesforce experience required. Salesforce admin certifications expected. Oracle CPQ experience a plus),
  • Strong (software) knowledge of customizing the CRM system,
  • Proven experience in providing support and training for system users at all levels,
  • Demonstrated ability to develop systems procedures documentation,
  • Business fluent in English, other European language skills will be of an advantage.
