For our Client, an international financial company, building up an SSC in Kraków, we are looking for candidates interested in taking the position of Workday Implementation Manager. The office is located in the city center of Kraków but you can work fully remotely as long as you live in Poland/Germany.

Responsibilities:
- manage and lead projects associated with implementation and adjustment of different Workday modules – Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking etc.,
- lead the implementation for headquarters in 4 different countries hiring over 1200 FTE,
- propose suitable solutions for current configuration and resolve technical issues with integrations,
- review and analyze complex technology solutions for strategic business objectives,
- design, code, test, debug documents for projects and programs,
- cooperate with technical experts, internal HR and Management departments, but also with external payroll providers,
- report directly to the COO of the international company,
- manage an experienced specialist who will be there to help you.
Requirements:
- minimum of 4 years of experience in Workday consulting role,
- solid experience in implementing in previously mentioned modules,
- fluency in English – at least C1 level,
- great analytical and business skills,
- problem solving attitude and great independence in actions,
- great communication skills.
