In this position, you will aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance versus budgets and forecasts, while identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

You will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate Global Price reporting
• Extracting and analyzing data from sales/financial tools to measure effectiveness of current pricing strategy (revenue, margin and volume improvement)
• Delivering advanced Pricing analytics, measurements and developing tools/ dashboards; Executing accruals, settlements and reconciliation of whole rebate portfolio
• Providing related Plans, Forecast, Actuals Reporting as well as Leverage various reporting, database, models, tools to report financials
• Maintaining and developing Vistex & others systems
• Operating effectively in project environment, transition of new scope
• Playing as financial partner for Pricing and Commercial Finance Team and being key point of contact to clarify on the respective area
• Optimizing own performance to increase productivity, recommending changes of process standards and procedures, identifying areas for process or report

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or Pricing and Rebates
• Advanced Excel skills, Power BI and experience in SAP
• Fluency in English – written & spoken
• Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, good communication skills
• Diligence, high sense of ownership, time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work well under pressure is a prerequisite (meeting deadlines with highest quality)
• Ability to propose improvements in processes and ability to process understanding from the content and technical perspective
