In this position, you will aid the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics for performance versus budgets and forecasts, while identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

You will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to assist business leaders and stakeholders, helping to evaluate the impact of major decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Participating in development of Marketing & Sales Reporting and in closing activities
• Verifying correctness of reported Marketing & Sales financials in ABACUS
• Preparing various business analysis & reports
• Communication & engagement with local organizations & controllers to ensure Marketing & Sales reporting policy compliance
• Coordinating Master Data changes requested by Business Partners
• Supporting Lead Business Controllers if needed
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting

Your background

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or FP&A
• Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration
• Good knowledge of SAP and ABACUS, advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English – written & spoken
• Soft skills: analytical, paying attention to details, excellent communication skills
• Diligence, high sense of ownership, time management and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to propose improvements in processes
• Ability to work well under pressure is a prerequisite (meeting deadlines with highest quality)
