Calling all PMO professionals seeking to apply governance and rigour to IG's multi-million pound change portfolio of projects

As the PMO Analyst at IG you will be responsible for the monitoring of projects and programmes compliance against our controls and governance standards. You will use your experience and lessons learned to continuously improve effectiveness of the processes, reporting and methodology. You will get to work closely with Project , Programme and Product practitioners supporting the appropriate levels of governance for differing sizes and complexities of enterprise initiatives. You will use you analytical skills to bring scrutiny of quality and monitoring of progress throughout our stage gates, monitoring health , incl. how RAG , Risk & Issues are being managed and updated. By creating and maintaining a reporting cycle for all projects you will bring consistency of communications.

You will have:

  • Recent and relevant experience in governance best practice within financial services.
  • Knowledge of project , programme , portfolio and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches.
  • Industry standard certification in applicable discipline.
  • Resilience and resourcefulness especially in cases where governance is being applied for the first time.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodology would be an asset.
  • An ability to build a strong network and relationships up to senior levels.
  • Experience in improving process and in supporting teams to achieve compliance in new governance and reporting standards.
  • Unrivaled communication skills (written,oral and presentation) facing off to stakeholders at all levels with clarity and confidence.
