As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for implementing key controls to ensure all basic data is accurate and provide this analysis to internal stakeholders.  You will also safeguard critical documents and internal control requirements to minimize risk to the business.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Responsible for the master file set up for vendor, customer, price, credit and banking information, and cost centers to ensure the business requirements from finance and business can both be meet
• Review and monitor master file set up application form and continuously make improvements
• Work with internal customers and sub-contractors to ensure all master files are inputted timely and accurately and resolve technical issues being raised
• Support internal, SOX and external audits
• Comply with the company’s master data polices/standards, and the laws and regulations
• Manage all assignments timely and accurately

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year’s work experience
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2)

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
• Knowledge of elementary accounting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Knowledge of the end to end finance process
