We are looking for HR Specialist Metrics & Analytics DACH and located in Warszawa.

Are you interested in the world of data and would you like to support our HR department with data analytics? Data extraction & analysis are not foreign terms for you? Great, we want to get to know you!

In the HR Metrics team, you link and integrate data from our various HR IT systems and prepare data records for your colleagues and stakeholders, including HR business partners, managers, workers’ councils and the HR analytics function. And not just in Germany, but in the DACH zone!

What would your daily work look like?

  • You will support the maintenance and further development of (semi) automated regular reports as well as ad hoc reporting on topics such as working hours, salary developments and job data.
  • You are actively involved in the team and help to identify potential for automation and standardization of HR reports and support their implementation (e.g. with Python or Power Automate).
  • You will work closely in an interdisciplinary manner with experts from Global HR and Local HR as well as with the Finance and Digital teams.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies, e.g. in (business) computer science or business administration (Bachelor, Master) and are enthusiastic about digital transformation.
  • You speak fluent English and fluent German (minimum strong C1 level).
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the areas of IT / data analytics / HR metrics or HR controlling (e.g. Python Pandas / Numpy), databases, reporting automation, data visualization (e.g. Tableau).
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with SAP HCM (and associated applications such as Query Manager).
  • Experienced handling of MS Office, especially Excel, is your daily job.
  • You also have basic knowledge of processes or key figures around HR.
  • You are proactive, team-oriented and customer/service is always your priority!
