You will be a part of Financial Planning & Analysis Center of Expertise with a vision of being recognized as global Controlling & Planning experts partnering with the business to enable decision-making, digitalize and standardize.

You will play a key role in financial controlling supporting GBS Finance Operational Services. Leveraging your technical Controlling and Systems domain expertise, you will provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts in order to support business leaders and stakeholders in decision making.

Global GBS Finance Operations Controller

Your responsibilities

• Collaboration in operational controlling through preparation and critical analysis of monthly P&L and other standard Management Information reports
• Data preparation for analyzes and commenting on deviations to drive management actions
• Supporting budget-, forecast- and closing-process
• Various tasks in accounting closing process as delegated by Global Functional Controller
• Support Global Functional Controller in maintaining controlling framework and toolsets
• Close collaboration with the Global Functional Controller on ad hoc requests
• Facilitating knowledge and best practice sharing within the Finance community

Your background

• Business economist with advanced subject specific training in controlling
• 4-5 years of practical experience on a similar position in SSC/BPO environment(specific knowhow in operational management accounting)
• Proficient in MS Excel(VBA knowledge will be asset)
• Knowledge of the accounting standards US-GAAP (and/or IFRS)
• Quick comprehension and good analytical skills
• English fluency (speaking and writing)
• Good team worker and aim-oriented
