Your responsibilities

• Vendor management process

• Own, manage and improve internal processes related to subcontracting management, establishing standards, driving improvements

• Support process of timely contract extensions and payments

• Establish processes and controls to oversee the process flows

• Work closely with procurement team as well as delivery managers to maintain vendors cooperation and extent our contractors base

• Support project staffing process

• Act as a central point of contact for project managers and demand managers collecting current demands for external roles and ensure effective resource identification

Our requirements

• +5years of experience in similar role in international environments, preferably in professional services sector (consulting, technology)

• Strong negotiation, management and decision making skills

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent subcontract management skills and experience managing multiple vendors

• Proficiency in English

We are looking for a person who will support EY Consulting in our external sourcing process and will coordinate processes related to the external workforce management, act as a central point of contact for any demand related to external resources for our projects and drive end-to-end process improvements in this field.
