We are looking for project managers who are energetic and curious, who will help us successfully deliver our projects and help the stakeholders make smarter decisions. Your primary focus will be in steering and supporting transformation projects in all phases from strategy definition to implementation. As an integral part of our global Enterprise Transformation community within Capgemini Invent and Capgemini Group, you will help our clients accelerate their digital transformation. We seek focused and inspired individuals who have the special power to build the close, trusting relationships that are key to delivering the seamless and efficient transitions that clients expect from Capgemini. 

What do you need to start?

• Proven project management and consultancy background with experience in continuous improvement role 
• Strong stakeholders’ management skill 
• Excellent communication skills and consultant mindset 
• Passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand, assimilate, and translate different points of view 
• Comfortable working in complex, continuously moving environment with confidence and minimum guidance  
• Team player with positive attitude and high resilience 
• Experience in using JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools 
• Experience in using and creating reports in Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or other visualization tools 
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile frameworks 
• Fluent English and/or German, other languages are a plus 
• You are open to travel within Europe

• You will work as a team member in transformation projects across various industry sectors and with multiple geography involved 
• You will conduct presentations and workshops, present results in a clear manner and actively help shape solutions for our clients 
• At the side of experienced colleagues, you will take on responsibility at an early stage and develop yourself further 
• Working with multiple agile teams and driving initiatives for project delivery 
• Working closely with stakeholders with gathering requirements, scope and delivery of solutions 
• Developed mechanisms to track performance and value realization on investment 
• Ability to quickly gather information on the progress of work and communicate this to key stakeholders 
• Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies, agreeing appropriate risk responses
