T&E Compliance Monitoring Senior Analyst

About this role:
The role is a part of the Travel and Expense Team. As a Compliance Monitoring Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring expense reports focused primarily on interactions with HCP (Healthcare Providers) including, though not limited to, meal expenses. You will monitor the expense reports against US Compliance policies.
The position requires maintaining the service relationship with the responsible business stakeholders and ongoing issue resolution. The role is responsible for maintaining the internal control environment and proactively ensuring compliance and efficiency in this area.
What you'll do:
- Utilize existing monitoring tools and the actual expense reports to review meals with HCP (Healthcare Providers), document findings within the tool and identify the next action
- Review of submitted expense reports for compliance to specific policies for HCP engagement using established protocols
- Communication of trends and findings along with recommended resolutions, outreach for clarification and follow-up on all outstanding items in a timely manner
- Strong partnership with the US Transparency team to ensure accurate meal amounts are captured for Open Payments reporting
- Provide data for the analysis to local management and data slides for US Leadership Team Compliance Reviews leveraging dashboards in the monitoring tool
- Support P2P team in resolution of inquiries and specific requests as Subject Matter Expert
- Monitor and coordinate daily workload and execution of assigned tasks
- Ensure that SLA and KPIs are completed with the required quality and speed
- Coordinate new joiner onboarding process, daily huddles, support TL with managing the team, actively encourage group to participate in improvement of the processes
Qualifications
Who you are:
You are a Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in finance, audit or compliance. You have a customer service orientation, strong attention to details and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar faculty
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance, audit, or compliance monitoring function
- Previous corporate experience in T&E, Finance, or Customer Service
- Experience in an international environment preferred
- Comfortable working in Excel to create tables, charts, etc. for analysis and tracking
- Experience with Tableau, Oracle A/P ERP and i-Expense Experience using MarkView for Invoice Management will be an asset
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to details
- Demonstrated personal integrity and ability to handle highly sensitive data
- Strong written and verbal skills with a customer service orientation
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work as part of a team and to be a part of the solution process
