What do you need to start?

• 5+ experience in people management
• Related business knowledge, experience in service delivery (ideally in P2P, C2C area), extensive experience in Finance & Accounting area      
• High level Customer Service skills, Client-focus attitude, senior stakeholder management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability of prioritizing and organizing own work in order to deliver to agreed deadlines
• Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture
• Process management and improvements skills
• Fluency in English (C1), knowledge of French would be an asset

What duties will help you grow?

• Direct supervisor for the team leader, Support for the team leader in his/her daily work
• 2nd level of contact and operational communication with the client, 2nd point of escalation, Negotiations with the client, Ensure that agreed level of financial result is achieved
• Responsible for contractual documentation, extension of scope, change requests
• Managing Recruitment process
• Standardization of the processes, LEAN implementation, supervision of other projects
