Service Delivery Manager
What do you need to start?
- 5+ experience in people management
- Related business knowledge, experience in service delivery (ideally in P2P, C2C area), extensive experience in Finance & Accounting area
- High level Customer Service skills, Client-focus attitude, senior stakeholder management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability of prioritizing and organizing own work in order to deliver to agreed deadlines
- Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture
- Process management and improvements skills
- Fluency in English (C1), knowledge of French would be an asset
What duties will help you grow?
- Direct supervisor for the team leader, Support for the team leader in his/her daily work
- 2nd level of contact and operational communication with the client, 2nd point of escalation, Negotiations with the client, Ensure that agreed level of financial result is achieved
- Responsible for contractual documentation, extension of scope, change requests
- Managing Recruitment process
- Standardization of the processes, LEAN implementation, supervision of other projects
