What do you need to start?

We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our team providing high-class recruitment services for Capgemini Poland. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for active sourcing, selection and cooperation with other delivery team members. Another key element will be ensuring that all the necessary process documentation is complete and up to date.

• Around 1 year of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Very good communication skills 
• Excellent customer service and client interaction
• Flexible and open-minded
• Fluent Polish and English (at least B2)

What duties will help you grow?

Main accountabilities:

• Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for entry level positions (assure candidate pipeline, screen candidates, present offers)
• Maintaining recruitment system in a timely and accurate manner
• Cooperation with other team members (Administrators, Personnel Administration, International Mobility, etc.) and building long lasting relations with Hiring Managers
• Reporting on recruitment progress
• Setting up priorities according to the business requirements
