What do you need to start?

• at least 5 years of experience in different fields of CSR;
• professional experience in leading CSR projects; 
• experience in conducting projects as a Subject Matter Expert;
• proficiency in cooperation with stakeholders at various levels;
• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work;
• problem-solving, planning, and strategic thinking skills;
• self-motivated person with a high level of drive.

What duties will help you grow?

• developing and implementing proactive CSR Strategy in terms of engagement, diversity, inclusion and environment;

• implementing strategic CSR projects;

• supporting and coordinating relations with agencies, external key stakeholders, as well as developing internal relationships within other internal functions;

• supporting Client Visits and bids in terms of providing CSR information;

• development and implementation relevant tools;

• building knowledge base and best practices in place.
