Manager / Senior Manager in PwC Finance Transformation Team

PwC Opportunity 

• Be part of PwC Finance Transformation practice to pursue high-profile finance transformation engagements both within Poland & EMEA,

• Opportunity to engage and shape client strategies for the Finance of the Future roadmaps,

• Advise client management to address business challenges through finance process digitalization & transformation,

• Participate in end-to-end finance operating model & governance setups (assess, design, develop, build & deploy), 

• Form the critical bridges between Business, Finance, & IT Functions.  

What we expect from you?

• Explore market trends to evaluate potential market opportunities and help drive business growth and participate in Request For Proposals (RFPs), 

• Engage client management team to shape Finance of the Future strategy,

• Lead and manage project(s) /program management requiring specific knowledge to plan, organize, and control schedule, resources, and procedures, for project(s) or more extensive programs,

• Lead change plans and define efforts that help your clients to embrace the changes that come with the transformation of their Finance functions,

• Based on practical project experience, lead key business development and asset development activities to shape PwC practice growth in:

  • Finance & Accounting processes (Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, Record-To-Report)

  • Finance Process & Tool Digitalization, 

  • Finance Function & Operating Model Maturity Assessments,

  • End-To-End Finance Operating Model Deployment Methodology,  

• Lead in recruitment & talent strategy for the development of the PwC practice,

• Lead projects or functional team members on modern ERP technology implementations and other technology solutions (Cevinio, Esker, Blackline, Orgvue, High Radius).

Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent , preferred postgraduate,

• 7+ years (Managers) and 10+ years (Senior Managers) of the overall industry and consulting experience and international exposure on the finance transformation sector,

• Experience as Project/Program Lead in complex finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases (Assess, Design, Build and Deploy),

• Experience in managing/leading capability development pyramids with a history of success,

• Prior experience in challenging the status quo and collaborating with senior client leadership in defining client finance function visions,

• Experience with either one or more ERP financial applications (preferably SAP or Oracle),

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are required.
