What do you need to start?

  • +5 years working experience in SSC or BPO environment
  • Corporate functions transition experience – at least 3 full cycle of transition
  • Experience in coordination between different stakeholders within an organization.
  • Strong project management background.
  • Strong communication skills, with previous customer-facing / liaison experience.
  • Provide feedback to transition managers on service design & solution documentation, raise clarification if applicable.
  • Ensure delivery of Transition outputs (procedures, maps, project plans etc.

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

  • Identifying the needs of an individual going through the transition process
  • Willingness to travel during transition project

What duties will help you grow?

  • Develop and present BPO / SSC business case
  • Control of scope of services against our standards and best practices.
  • Service Transition deliverables as per our Project Methodology.
  • Prepare and conduct Service Transition kick-off meeting and workshops
  • Participate in meetings (customer-facing and internal) to ensure Service Transition activities are completed.
  • Identify and communicate project risks to Global Service Transition Team
  • Prepares and initiates testing activities in partnership with Client and Operations
