Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• Minimum 4 years of experience in working in the field of social media
• Knowledge and easy navigation of the functionalities of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (TikTok would be an asset)
• Very good knowledge of social media tools (including monitoring and reporting) and trends
• Good knowledge of grammar and punctuation, attention to detail, a sense of aesthetics
• Light pen - the ability to create engaging texts for different group of audience
• Good English (B2 +)
• Ability to create graphics in Canva / other graphics programs
• Courage to solutions out of the box

What duties will help you grow?

• Implementation of social media strategy, taking part in its verification. Monitoring the effectiveness of the strategy implementation.
• Running social profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (from the employer branding perspective will be an asset)
• Building user involvement in social media
• Ongoing analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out and their optimization
• Scheduling posts, publishing them, and responding to and engaging the community in conversations
• Coordinating and supervising the production of photo/video materials
• Monitoring the social media activities of our competitors
