Overview

About the team:

The Data Operations department is seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to a Security Pricing team to oversee the daily process. We are looking for active, postive and energetic person with experience in investment fund industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily pricing of securities, using multiple data vendors. Finding data, verifying it, and analysing.
  • Looking for potential process improvements and flagging inefficiencies.
  • Being responsible for development of few subordinates. Providing them with development plans and regular feedback.
  • Have regular One-to-One/Team meetings to update staff on relevant developments and get feedback on operational issues.
  • Running reliationship with assigned external clients for team deliverables and projects.
  • Getting things done. Independed in role and decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or working knowledge of pricing or fund accounting functions preferable.
  • At least 4 years experience in a relevant area of Financial Services,
  • Experience in using Invest One, Bloomberg, MS Excel/Word will be an advantage.
  • Proactive and focused attitude to work and an ability to constantly meet deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional approach to work and personal relations.
