For our Client, an international services company, we are looking for candidates for the position of
PTP Process Lead with English (Dutch/French)
Responsibilities:
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- Ensuring knowledge, efficiency & high quality in F&A teams
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
- Managing and coordinating of AP team in day to day operations
- Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures
- Providing operational support to team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PTP
- Problem solving attitude, result-oriented attitude
- Very good Excel skills
- SAP knowledge will be an asset
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English (French or Dutch will be an advantage)
- experience in SSC or BPO environment will be an asset
