(Senior) SAP S/4HANA Functional Analyst (SD/PS)

Location: Warsaw/Kraków/remote
The role
The position is part of the internal SAP S/4HANA Cloud L2 Support team, responsible for ongoing support and new configuration requests, specific to PwC’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud global implementation of financial and project management modules.
Area of responsibility

Resolving functional and technical issues with strong focus on sales/billing and project management modules of the application

Handling tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support

Provide day-to-day second level support to PwC network SAP S/4HANA Users

Troubleshoot issues and determine root causes of problems, the users are facing

Resolve functional problems, escalate and track problems appropriately

Manage system configuration in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies

Contact with an external vendor in order to solve problems
Candidate profile
-
Min. 3+ years hands-on experience in providing SAP functional support and customizing for either internal or external clients

Knowledge of at least one business domain areas, preferably Sales and Distribution or Project Systems with strong business application knowledge in:

SD/PS solutions with a preferred focus on (orgStructure setup, order management, billing, pricing, tax determination, outputs, billing forms, materials setup, engagement management, project billing, revenue recognition, WIP management, down payment process)

FICO - will be an asset

Good understanding of the SAP landscape with integrations of other business solutions (e.g. CPI, Concur, SAP HCM, Replicon, Coupa) would be an asset

Additional knowledge of SAP Master Data and Business Partner concept would be an advantage

Previous experience in SAP S/4HANA or Cloud-based solution is required

Previous experience in business systems service delivery, good knowledge of the processes of service management (ITIL)

Excellent communication and influencing skills both within the business and IT communities

Previous experience in SNOW or other ticketing tool would be an asset but not required

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact and help end users

Positive “can-do” attitude and quality-oriented mindset

Ability to learn quickly

University degree in Finance and Accounting / Economics / Information Technology or related fields
