Responsibilities:
- responsible for IT strategy, deploy IT solutions that add value to the business and its stakeholders,
- oversees the Information Systems Department including IT applications, infrastructure, services and security,
- responsible for the delivery of the IT strategy, budget, resources, systems, third party management,
- serves as IT Business Partner and expert to Management Team,
- manage third-party providers of infrastructure to ensure contracts, commercial arrangements and service delivery are in line with KPIs & SLAs,
- responsible for IT security, identify and mitigate security risks,
- responsible for Data Protection activities related to the use of systems and applications,
- identify the delivery of the applications strategy through both internal business analysts, developers as well as third party partners,
- drive continuous improvement, stability, performance and usability in applications,
- identify vulnerabilities and manage releases and upgrades,
- develop and motivate the team,
- responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
Requirements:
- proven experience in similar role,
- 8+ years of overall IT experience including Infrastructure, Applications, Help Desk and Security,
- 3+ years of team management experience of 5 FTE+,
- experience setting department objectives, communicating these objectives across the organization and ensuring they are met,
- experience establishing IT policies, strategies, and standards,
- superior analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong strategic business mindset,
- experience creating and maintaining department budgets, KPIs and vendor negotiations,
- excellent organizational and leadership skills,
- outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
