We are looking for a candidate ready to take a role of Service Delivery Manager within Controlling area in GSS. The position involves effective daily management of End-to-End process including operations, finance and providing leadership in order to provide the Client with a high-quality service. The Service Delivery Manager will be also responsible for developing a long-term, strategic relationship with our Client.

What do you need to start?

  • 5+ experience in service delivery (ideally in controlling area) and  people management.
  • Extensive experience in Finance & Accounting area.
  • Management of end-to-end process including operations, finance (cost control, review financial data, budgets/forecast, billing/invoicing based on contract etc.
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Process management and improvements skills.
  • Senior stakeholder management; High level Customer Service skills; client-focus attitude.
  • Ability of prioritizing and organizing own work in order to deliver to agreed deadlines.
  • Able to work on multiple tasks in demanding environment and work with people from diverse culture.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

What duties will help you grow?

  • Act as the single point of responsibility for controlling service delivery for Nordic&DACH region.
  • Effective daily management of End-to-End process including operations, finance and providing leadership in order to provide the Client with a high-quality service.
  • Ensure that operations are run according to GSS financials / budget (cost control, review financial data, budgets/forecast, ensure proper billing/invoicing based on contract etc.)
  • People Management (building and maintaining a highly motivated and skilled controlling team; building development paths; performance management; identifying and developing talents; identifying the recruitments needs etc.)
  • Continuous Improvement (standardise and improve processes across all countries towards quality / productivity improvements; ensure appropriate process controls to reduce the risk of delays and errors; ensure IMS/Security requirements and process documentation; continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction).
  • Provide quality level service to Capgemini Client - ensure all targets and deadlines defined in KPI's and SLA's are met according to Client’s expectations; developing a long-term, strategic relationship with our Client.
