Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

What do you need to start?

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Agile with minimum of 3-4 years of experience working as an Agile Coach either as Team Agile Coach or Product Agile Coach.
• Must be a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Agile Coach. Other relevant certifications are good to have.
• Sound familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Experience with different Agile frameworks like Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, DA, etc.
• Experience leading Agile maturity assessments, developing Agile coaching programs, driving change, utilizing agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement. Knowledge of DevOps is required.
• Assessing the Agile Maturity of the team or program or organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the team and organization
• Responsible for ensuring the team lives agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices that the team agreed they would use
• Ability to work in complex environments with multi-location teams, multiple technologies and engage with customers.
• Excellent Communication Skills and presentation skills.
• Excellent servant leadership skills with expertise in preparing, executing and supporting agile delivery model.
• Experience with Change management and Agile transformation is a must

What duties will help you grow?

• Leading & executing Agile frameworks and/or consulting for agile based delivery models utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• At team level, run and execute daily agile events.
• Leading Agile maturity assessments, developing Agile coaching programs, driving change, utilizing agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable for the team and organization.
• Help setup DevOps organization.
• Active engagement with team, stakeholders and leadership while ensuring the teams live up to the agile values and principles.
• Participate in the change management and agile transformation programs as change agent or consultant.
• Build a strong relationship with customer/s and internal organization to strengthen the Agile community.
• Regular participation in internal agile community.
