Responsibilities:
- processing of consumer loan application and credit product servicing: credit application processing, client KYC, capacity and creditworthiness verification in accordance to internal procedures, loan management including payments administration,
- customer service – processing clients’ requests on timely and accurate manner
- cooperation with commercial partner,
- working on a start-up project in an international environment: recommending changes and improvements in the process, participation in initiatives and projects,
- at a later stage of the project: taking part in implementation of operational IT system.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in credit/lending/finance area,
- knowledge of consumer lending business terminology,
- fluency in Spanish and English,
- good knowledge of MS Excel,
- eagerness to set up new processes,
- open-minded attitude,
- analytical thinking.
