Principal Accountabilities:

You would be a part of a Digital Channel Team and Your responsibilities will include:

• analyze customer process need in implementation engagement and provide solution to meet business objective
• communicate effectively with the client on major milestone to keep them updated on their onboarding progress
• build relationships with software development and operational teams to gain an understanding of application
• support business negotiations with technical knowledge
• assist with identifying opportunities to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or, as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes
• lead and/or support the delivery of the change requests in digital scope
• ensure appropriate support for successful deployment of the new technology
• create and maintain the solution knowledge base and process documentation
• adhere to quality & compliance standards

• strong customer focus & commercial mindset
• delivery of continuous improvement to own scope
• strong networking within local/global Marketing / IT departments
• skilled in technical and analytical area; IT background is an asset
• fluent in English (min B2) + French (min B2)
• effective oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
• ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• any technology business analysis or development experience is an asset
• understanding of API – working and connecting with API feature
