Responsibilities:
  • take overall responsibility for planning, logistics and procurement processes and teams,
  • define and implement the operational activities and strategic goals in Poland and provide country leadership and representation across the sub functions,
  • ensures that priorities are input and are in line with overall market strategy for the region,
  • mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement,
  • plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure the progress,
  • responsible for the preparing and overseeing budget,
  • responsible for increasing operational and cost efficiency and maintain highest quality standards,
  • develop strong leadership and vision within operations, creating an operational environment which promotes continuous improvement,
  • work closely with plant and engineering directors, in establishing the required processes and authority to make capacity and cost optimization decisions.
Requirements:
  • experienced leader with more than 10 years of experience in FMCG,
  • demonstrated and successful experience in managing S&OP, procurement and logistics processes and teams,
  • strong analytical and project management skills,
  • mature personality and high business culture,
  • ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders,
  • demonstrated managerial skills, experience with developing, supervising teams and management of managers,
  • ability to coordinate cross-functional works, priority setting,
  • communication and strong interpersonal relationship.
